\\*Easter*//

Weee! Easter is just over... Well, Good Friday is the day Jesus was crucified on the cross for our sins and Easter Sunday is the day Jesus was ressurected from the dead.. Cool eh!This week has been quite hectic for me.. Plus my sickness not totally recovered so kind of worse.. But I still feel great after the whole thing...

Friday
Went to Expo Hall 2 to serve at attributes from 1030am till around 1130pm.. Haha.. kind of a busy day but it was fun.. End of the day, went back with Phebe and Gladwin.. Had a good laugh on train..

Saturday
Went down to Expo Hall 1 to watch the Easter drama for the first time.. Melvin, Jacqueline and Eugene went too so Lester, Lusi and I headed down... After that, Karen and Ben went for the second service.. So I stayed on...

The whole drama was so exciting and touching.. Cried during the crucification part.. Really very touching.. The way Jesus sacrificed Himself to save us from our sins and to create a channel between us and God once again.. When I saw Jesus carrying the cross and remembering the sins I have committed, kind of felt very guilty.. I really owe Jesus so much and even though I am not perfect and not worthy of His love, He still loves me and protects me.. His unconditional love has yet proven once again that even when the whole world forsakes you or when you feel that no one loves you, you know that there is still Jesus who loves us so much..

Sunday
Early morning around 9:30am, went to Trudy's place as her father was gonna fetch us to Boon Lay.. Wesley, Cong Zheng and I reached her place and we set off.. We went to Subway to eat and soon, Alvin and JingRu arrived.. We waited for Cynthia who was late as usual =x We then headed down to City Harvest Church! Han Ming soon joined us and service started..

First time watching Vincent perform and he was kind of good at it.. Really very glad that my bro's first performance and I managed to get to go down to support him.. really proud of him... Anyway, the whole performance was a blast and although there were some parts where some funny stuns were done, overall the whole drama was kind of good.. Really enjoy each and every moment of it.. Once again, when the crucification of Jesus started, I cried again.. No matter how many times I've watched it, it still manages to make me cry because I keep feeling the love of God and how He sacrificed Himself..

Anyway, after that, took some photos with Vincent.. Haha.. we now Dynamic Duo le.. One Choir one Drama.. Cool eh..

\\*YAY CHOIR!!!!*//

YAY! Saturday was kind of feeling down because the whole week was kind of hectic and negative.. Thank God for his faithfulness.. I received a sms saying that I got into Choir! Praise the Lord.. Definately, for what God has told or given you, no man in this world is able to take away! Despite so many tribulations I have undergone and so many obstacles, God helped me emerge victorious! Also wanna thank Joseph for trying so hard to help me =) Thank God for such a great leader...

Anyway, been sick for like so long.. Kind of got worse as the days passed... Now finally a little better but a bit bored from all the sleeping.. Have been eating medicine, sleep, eat medicine then sleep again.. Super no life.. Was supposed to perform in Easter also but due to my illness, I could not commit to the schedule of the rehersals.. Oh well, there is always Christmas and the years to come..

Kind of happy that a lot of my ministry friends called me, wanted to come to my place to pray for me and stuff... Think they could really see that I was super sick when I was serving..

Anyway, now feeling alot better.. But can't really talk yet.. so gonna rest my voice first.. For now, gonna go invite my friends to go watch EASTER PRODUCTIONS! This is my best friend/bro's first time acting and his role is kind of big as well, so trying to get people down to support him.. but can't really call them cause I can't talk but hope that the sms I sent is enough... Really hope they would reply and give me a positive answer =) For now, I shall trust God for the harvest... Thank you Lord for everything you have done in my life..

\\*Long Post.. Too Long Never Post =x*//

Well, start of with the Friday overnight cycling cum Amazing Race... It is the first time our zone is having an overnight amazing race.. Kind of fun I must say.. Really enjoyed myself.. A new way of celebrating my birthday but kind of sad because the friends I invited to go all could not make it.. So I had sort of a lonely birthday..

Anyway, we sort of got lost on the way but thank God we found back the route and headed on.. On the way we were tired and hungry but we persisted on looking for every clue and completing all stations.. I had some gastric problems on the way because for the whole day I only ate a curry puff and a chocolate bar so kind of drag the team down.. sorry..

Soon, we reached our final stop and rested.. It was 6am and they announced the winner... After that cab home with Lester, Quelyn and Wesley..

After that, had to wake up at 12pm so it was like a 6 hours nap.. Went to meet the guys to celebrate Vincent and my birthday.. We went to kbox and I did not really sing much because I have been sick for the past month and I sort of lost my voice also.. But in the end, my birthday so I had to sing.. End of the day, I could barely talk...

Oh ya.. for presents, this year only got a bag and a new wallet.. Haha.. Although not as much as usual but well, it is what I needed so both were great gifts..
Vincent got quite alot of great gifts too.. from what I know, he got a PSP, few clothes, a sunglass and a wallet.. I must say, he is really a great guy that's why people would get him so many gifts.. There is a saying in the church "You can give without loving but you cant love without giving"...

Anyway, yesterday went for choir auditions.. Finally! but I feel that I kind of screwed up the audition because of my 1 month illness and sore throat due to the kbox session... Could not sing in tune and in correct pitch and when they vocal range was tested, I could not hit my usual keys.. Think that practically killed my chances but I'm gonna believe in God to make my path right.. For He has given me a vision to be a Praise and Worship Leader and that is the path I would be heading towards.. No matter what happens, if it is the will of God, no weapons formed against it shall prosper and I believe God will turn every bad situation around for me.. For He is faithful =)

\\*Thank You God*//

Well, today, I was supposed to go for a job interview but they days that I have to work was clashed with some stuff so in the end, I had to forfeit the job..

Anyway, today I went to school because there was dance rehersals... Ok, I am not a dancer.. Haha.. Just went there to help out as a DJ...

So, we they were learning and I was helping and after that, I was having a little gastric pain so I told Vincent that I was having gastric.. He told the guys and we headed on to go eat... As I was sick, I told them that I could not eat at Mac but in the end, they still decided to go Mac so I decided to go home..
Halfway through, I was super weak because of the gastric pain so I sat down... People walked pass me but no one noticed that I was in pain until my friend Alvin walked pass.. He bought me milo and accompanied me there...

Soon, I had some energy to walk and I noticed that I was actually holding him up so I decided to walk with every ounce of strength that I had.. I then told him that I was ok and he headed home... Soon, I could not take it anymore and I almost fainted near the street.. I quickly got a place to sit and rested.. I tried calling Vincent but I could not get him so I called Lester to help me contact him.. Lester tried and it was also in vain..

I then prayed to God, asking Him to help me and behold,
God spoke to me "Clarence, stand up and walk"
but I told Him "God, im too weak to even stand, how do You want me to walk?"
and He said "Clarence, have you forgotten that with Me, all things are possible?"

I was at a state of shock and I decided to listen.. I stood up and walk and made it to the bus stop and reached home safely..

After that, JingLong and JingRu called me to ask how I was.. Really glad that they called me but somehow, kind of disappointed that my best friend did not call to ask how I was..

Anyway, I am truly amazed by what God has done.. Indeed He is faithful and at the point where I was at weakest, He was at His strongest and He showed me that through all these, He was always there with me..

God then told me "Clarence, lean not on others but on Me for others like your best friend Vincent, he might not be able to answer his call because he did not hear the ringing but lean on Me for I am always by your side and whenever you call upon My name, I will be there to help you with no strings attached"

Praise the Lord for this... I now truly understand His sacrificial love for me.. Amen!
